In this Country, unlike overseas markets, HFC cable network operators don’t physically connect all premises within their service footprint, and whilst many premises may be connected with a drop cable, there is no actual service provided; even more puzzling is the refusal to connect a new drop cable to a new house in an existing service area. Why is this so?
